  • Jewelry Care

    To keep your jewelry pieces looking their best:

    Gold-Filled: Gold-filled jewelry is durable and tarnish-resistant, but it’s still best to avoid harsh chemicals, oils, perfumes, and extended exposure to water.

    Gold-Plated: Gold-plated has a delicate layer of gold over a base metal, so a little extra care will help it last longer. Avoid contact with water, lotion, perfumes, and cleaning products, as these can wear down the gold layer over time. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.

    Silk Cord: Silk is delicate by nature. Keep silk-corded jewelry away from moisture and store flat or loosely coiled to prevent tension or fraying. Avoid pulling or stretching, and handle with care putting on or taking off.

    To Clean: gently wipe down with a soft, dry cloth - avoid polishing or abrasive cleaners.

    To Store: keep your jewelry in a dry, cool place - preferably in a dust free pouch or separate compartment to prevent tangling or scratching.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

    Please note: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Free local pickup is available in the Garibaldi Highlands area of Squamish, BC. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

    Due to extremely high shipping costs, all orders will ship as regular mail with no tracking. Please reach out if you would like your order sent with tracking and I can provide a quote before delivery.

    We currently ship within Canada and the USA. We are not offering international shipping at this time.

    Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and method.

    For USA orders, please note that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees or tariffs. Orders will ship as regular letter mail.

  • Here is the general breakdown for necklace sizing:

    14” - 15” - Choker: Fits snugly around the neck.

    15.5” - 16” - Collarbone: Rests at the base of the neck.

    18” - Princess: Falls just below the collarbone.

    20” - Matinee: Falls below the collarbone.

    22” - Matinee Long: Lies above the bust.

    24”-30” - Opera: Drapes over bust.

    36”+ - Rope: Can be wrapped or worn long.

    • Pro Tip: measure out a piece of string with a ruler to see what the best length might be for you.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. I ship everything via Canada Post using standard shipping without tracking to help keep your costs low. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a notification once your order is on it’s way!
